That hat itself is great. The artwork I provided, however, was altered. The colors were different than in my design and black border was put around everything blurring and distorting parts of the design. Allowing *** as a file type for upload would be helpful.

This product was not like the picture showed. The picture showed big lettering and the hat I received was in small lettering. My husband was very disappointed!

logo was misprinted and the product was not the same foam trucker hat I had ordered preciously. overall, poor experience with initial order. appreciate the response and refund of cost.
